This Privacy Policy ("POLICY") describes how A Trillion Games Ltd ("THE AUTHOR") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the use of the 'ATG Loyalty Games' widget and the 'ATG Rotatable Images' widget ("THE SOFTWARE") available through the Wix App Market. By installing, accessing, or using THE SOFTWARE, you agree to the practices described in this POLICY.

This POLICY incorporates by reference the Wix Privacy POLICY (available at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy) and the Wix App Market Terms of Use (available at https://www.wix.com/about/app-market-terms), which govern data handling on the Wix platform. In the event of any conflict between this POLICY and Wix's privacy policy, Wix's policy shall prevail with respect to data processed through the Wix platform.

We are committed to protecting users' privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant regulations. As a Wix App Market third-party app, THE SOFTWARE operates within the Wix ecosystem and relies on Wix's infrastructure for data handling.

1a. Information Collected by the 'ATG Loyalty Games' widget

THE SOFTWARE is designed to minimize data collection. We only process the following limited information:

Interaction Data: when an user of your website interacts with THE SOFTWARE (e.g., playing a mini-game), THE SOFTWARE generates a timestamp (recording the date and time of the interaction) and a score (a numerical value based solely on user's in-session performance within THE SOFTWARE).

When THE SOFTWARE is installed with its default settings, no personal data, such as names, emails, IP addresses, device information, or behavioral tracking, is collected.

When THE SOFTWARE is installed on a site and it's explicitly configured by the website administrator to use nickanames for the leaderboards, nicknames from the logged-in (and website-administrator-approved) user's profile may be exposed to site visitors, when listed on a leaderboard.

THE SOFTWARE does not collect, use, or transmit any other user-related information, including sensitive data (e.g., health, financial, or location information).

THE SOFTWARE does not collect or store any cookies on the user’s device.

2. Data Security

THE SOFTWARE implements reasonable security measures, based on available Wix documentation. Wix provides robust security for its platform, and THE SOFTWARE relies on it as much as possible.

We may update this POLICY from time to time (last update: Dec 24th, 2025). Any changes will be posted on this page.

End User License Agreement (EULA) for the ATG Loyalty Games widget ("THE SOFTWARE")

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you as an individual or legal entity and A Trillion Games Ltd ("THE AUTHOR"), regarding your use of the THE SOFTWARE available through the Wix App Market.

This EULA incorporates by reference the Wix Terms of Use (available at https://www.wix.com/about/terms-of-use) and the Wix App Market Terms of Use (available at https://www.wix.com/about/app-market-terms), which govern your use of the Wix platform and App Market.

In the event of any conflict between this EULA and Wix's terms, Wix's terms shall prevail with respect to the Wix platform, and this EULA shall control with respect to THE SOFTWARE.

By including THE SOFTWARE on your website, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, you may not install or use THE SOFTWARE.

1. License Grant

THE AUTHOR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to copy and use THE SOFTWARE to:

- Install and use THE SOFTWARE solely on one (1) Wix website owned or controlled by you, to allow users of your website to interact with it.

- Access and use THE SOFTWARE's features for personal or business purposes in connection with your Wix site.

2. Restrictions

You may not, directly or indirectly:

- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of THE SOFTWARE or any part thereof

- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to THE SOFTWARE

- Remove or alter any proprietary notices on THE SOFTWARE

- Use THE SOFTWARE in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to THE SOFTWARE or interfere with its operation

3. Intellectual Property

THE SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to THE SOFTWARE remain with THE AUTHOR. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated in this EULA.

4. Third-Party Services

THE SOFTWARE may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including the Wix platform. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms. THE AUTHOR is not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. THE AUTHOR may revoke this license at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using THE SOFTWARE and remove it from your website.

6. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/performance. THE AUTHOR does not warrant that THE SOFTWARE will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE AUTHOR (including its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to this EULA or THE SOFTWARE, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

THE AUTHOR's total aggregate liability under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid to THE AUTHOR for THE SOFTWARE in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THE AUTHOR from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of THE SOFTWARE in violation of this EULA or applicable law.

9. General

- Governing Law: this EULA and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter, or its formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer and you reside in a country other than the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations of your country of residence. Nothing in this EULA, including this Governing Law clause, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. You and the Company agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this EULA, its subject matter, or its formation.

- Entire Agreement: this EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements

- Severability: if any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force

- Assignment: you may not assign this EULA without THE AUTHOR's consent. THE AUTHOR may assign without restriction

- Updates: THE AUTHOR may update this EULA at any time (last update: Dec 24th, 2025). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
